Classes are back on

I have begun teaching in SL again.  There have been a few  requests, so I ran a few classes which are proving popular.  In fact, I now have two venues and may soon have a third.

I am still teaching at Sensual StoneWorks, but  this time on Wednesday nights rather than the super-laggy Sunday.   Still the same sandbox.  You still need to be a group member to create in this sandbox, and you need to be Age Verified to enter the sim.

I also have a regular Friday night slot for Fruit Islands - mainly at Mango yaght club arena.  This is a M rated land, so I can't run any of the Adult rated classes, but on the other hand you dont need to be Age Verified to get in - which helps.

Fruit Islands runs a lot of events, so you may wish to join the group so as to keep informed.

STEAM 4

We are now well into STEAM 4, the steampunk related gridwide hunt in Second Life.
I have two gifts again - one at Armada Breakaway, and another at Blaidd Drwg.  actually, the hint and store is at Blaidd Drwg, but the actual gifty gear is  high up in Nirvana coz there isnt enough room  in Blaidd Drwg - but there is a handy teleport to get you there.

As Myrddin is a Timelord, and there are a lot of Doctor Who fans in the Steampunk group, I made both gifts Who related - the first is a teleporter / working clock that resembles the Master's TARDIS, and the second is a console room of my own design.  it has the familiar six sided control console with a central power column, switches, dials, etc, and the walls have hexagonal roundels, so it looks sort of familiar, but does not reproduce any one particular design.  well apart from the fact that the panel design is based on the console panels from the Attic TARDIS.

After the hunt is over, this Skybox will be on sale, soon to be followed by a few more variations.

When i figure out how to script it, I will make it a functional TARDIS rather like the ones at New London, or the old Gallifur console rooms.
